We take care of the sometimes daunting logistics and constantly strive to ensure our clients’ experiences are enjoyable, enriching and stress free. Over the past two decades, we’ve cultivated a deeply loyal and appreciative clientele, unearthing hard-to-find treasures and managing collections of all sizes. From our home base in Toronto, Canada, we consult closely with our clients, understanding their unique needs and tastes, and serve as a liaison to dealers, private art collectors, artists and auction houses.
We source all categories of art (no matter the budget) both within Canada and internationally for private, institutional and corporate clients.
We frequently collaborate with interior designers on selecting and sourcing the art that will best compliment their clients’ homes, seamlessly attending to all art and logistical requirements.
We professionally install your new art acquisition(s) and reinstall your existing collection so they cohabit in perfect harmony.
We curate and manage your art collection over time, providing cataloguing services and ensuring ongoing maintenance.

Jenik Art Consultants is a proud family business, run by Andrej and Katarina Jenik. Since launching in 1997 we’ve forged our reputation on the close, trusting relationships we’ve developed among dealers and collectors, both in Canada and around the world. Over that time, we’ve operated successfully on a word-of-mouth basis, and therefore it’s our clients who speak for us best.

How We Work

It all starts with us establishing a rapport with you, the client, and getting a sense of your personal tastes and distinct needs. We visit your space – whether residential, office or institutional – to assess how any piece of art will work in the context of both the physical space and the rest of your collection. We discuss budget and logistics. Once we have a firm grasp on your needs, we do all the research and legwork, connecting with our Canadian and international network of collectors, dealers and gallerists to find the art that will work best for you. Together we’ll walk you through a range of options, and furnish you with additional information if desired, such as books, magazines and catalogues, to help you make an educated decision. In some cases, we are able to arrange an in-person viewing or even a tryout in the comfort of your home or office.

Whether it’s the purchase of a single art work or developing an entire collection, we adopt a professional, personalized approach throughout, with an emphasis on exclusivity and discretion. Trust us to take care of all aspects of an acquisition, including any framing, restoration, shipping and installation, while ensuring the entire experience is as enriching as the art itself.
